Student Registration & Application For Admission:
We do not share or distribute any data that you provide on these forms. All Data Submitted is used internally to the school only.

Contact and Information Update Forms:
We do not share or distribute any data that you provide on these forms. All Data Submitted is distributed internally to the appropriate school personnel only.

Tri-School Bus Contract:
All Data Submitted is selectively distributed between three (3) schools. St. Lucy’s Priory High School, Damien High School (La Verne), and Pomona Catholic High School. The data provided is for contractual usage of the provided bus system and to gauge locations needed for usage of this system. Data submitted may be used externally to validate the member is an active subscriber to the bus system.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Submitted form data will be retained in school records for an indefinite period of time. This data retention is required for alumnae information retrieval as well as to allow information requested be transferred to other schools at your request. If at any time you would like to discuss school records or data, please contact the school administration office.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
