Donna Lero Dye
Still live locally in La Verne. Busy with work which involves overseeing Medical Staff Offices at four local hospitals. My husband Jeff and I just celebrated 41 years of marriage. Have two children and two stepchildren who have blessed us with eight grandkids who live in California and Utah. Life is still busy after all these years. Enjoy gardening. Busy with church and community as well.

Susan Beahm Gordon
Married 44 years. Retired after 41 years of nursing—39 in Intensive Care. Four children —three boys and one girl—six grandchildren and one great granddaughte, with one on the way.

Kay Dobbins Heinen

I am enjoying retirement but keeping very busy in both the Women’s Ministry and Prayer Quilt ministry at my parish. In May of 2017, I reunited with many of my classmates from the Class of ’67 for our 50th reunion. A few months later, my husband of 43 years was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and he received a bone marrow transplant on my birthday in December 2017. Through the grace of God and the prayers of many friends and family, he is progressing well.

Maria Uzeta Nehlsen

On September 29, 2018, my husband Bob and I celebrated 50 years of marriage. On October 6, 2018, we renewed our marriage vows with all of our children, grandchildren, family and friends present with us at St. Anthony’s in Upland, CA and later celebrating at Mountain Meadows in Pomona. Truly a joyful and blessed day.


Jane Olin Carlone

I have two wonderful kids, Elizabeth and Michael and five beautiful grandchildren: Leah, 13, Alivia, 11, Joshua, 9, Haiden, 11, and Landon, 6. They are the love of my life. This summer I went to Europe for the first time. A two week cruise around the Baltics had the best time ever. I loved Europe and can’t wait to go back someday.

Denise Covelli
I have two grown boys and one daughter-in-law. I have been with WalMart for over five years, the majority of those years have been full-time.

Nance Naish Cruce
Nance is celebrating 23+ years at Capital Group. Husband, James, is in his eighth year as grower-producer/champagne importer (Esprit de Champagne). Son, John Siegel, 28, is a writer for FloQast, and son Richard Siegel, 26, is in PR/marketing with Merkle.

Paula Breting Dean
My husband and I have both retired, and are enjoying being together, and taking off in our trailer. We have four grandchildren, with a little boy on the way. That’ll make four boys, one girl….Life has had its ups and downs, but we’re very thankful for our wonderful lives, our family, friends and each other.

Bryn DeFreece DeBeikes

Our three children have left the nest! Two married and we have two granddaughters! We work to travel the world and love it! My parents are still kicking at 96 and 97! We love our Legatus Chapter in the OC!

Belinda Fulcher Hines

After being a Dean of Students for five years, I decided that teaching is where I was needed most. Plus not being truly appreciated by the community got old. I having the time to help coach our Mock Trial Team which is in their third year and in the Elite 8. After work, I go home to my ranch in beautiful Gavilan Hills; ride my one of five horses; and spend time with my husband. My life is awesome. In my heart, I owe much of my success to St. Lucy’s.

Katherine Clement Holland

Fully retired from IBM as a Vice President and General Manager after living in Philadelphia, PA, Tokyo, Japan, and London, UK. We now live primarily in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, NV and winter in Las Vegas, NV. My retired finance professor husband of 43 years and I love golf, wine and travel and have visited over 100 countries.

Lisa Reed Kennerknecht
My husband John and I live with our three kids, Jordan, 20, Shawn, 18 and Ryan Grace, 13. We adopted later in life and are thrilled to have these great kids keeping us young.

Nancy Gerlach Lee
My husband and I recently relocated to Frankfurt, Germany where he works at the US Consulate. We plan to do a lot of traveling in the next few years. We have three grown children and six year-old granddaughter.

Catherine Kirk Lucas

I never wanted to go to college until after being my dad’s caretaker while he was dying from Leukemia. After his passing, I enrolled in Kaplan College in Vista took a nine-month accelerated course in Rehab, Nursing and Phlebotomy. It took his death to help me realize my calling. My daughter followed my footsteps and is Surgical Tech in Pomerado Hospital. I met my future husband six months after my Dad passed. He saved the best for last.

Michelle ‘Shelly’ Pate Potwardowski
After 16-years as a stay-at-home mom, I went back to work. With all 4 of our children in school full-time, I knew it was time to go back into the classroom. This is my second year in kindergarten.

Beth O’Brien Solan
I am married to Drea Solan and we have three kids (18, 16, 13); We moved from LaVerne, CA to Gig Harbor, WA eleven years ago and love living in the Pacific Northwest! I am a real estate lawyer, working from home as a consultant. Our oldest is just beginning her freshman year at Western WA University, Bellingham.


Amber Costantino

In September 2017 I opened Sweet Charlie’s Bakeshop. Sweet Charlie’s is a licensed, at-home bakery in Upland, CA where everything is custom made based on your needs and sweet tooth wants. From cupcakes, cake pops, small cakes and chocolate dipped treats to full dessert and candy tables. I can take care of all your treat needs in one place. Jennifer Pollack Divine
Married with two kids, Sophie (13) and Charlie (4). Working as a realtor in the Sacramento area and living in Folsom.

Nicole Frisella
I have been running my family’s restaurant, Frisella’s Roastery, in downtown Glendora for the past 10 years. I have recently switched careers and have now started my own business in skin care. I am an esthetician and am excited to see what the future holds.

Stacia Walsh Guzzo

Stacia Guzzo is CEO and lead formulator of SmartyPits, a company that manufactures and sells aluminum-free natural deodorant. SmartyPits is carried in over 900 locations nationwide in addition to its online presence, and gives back a portion of every sale to breast cancer research and survivor support. YTD in 2018, SmartyPits has raised over $15,000 for City of Hope, a world leader in breast cancer research.

Angela Maiorano Goveya

I was married on December 16, 2017. My husband and I bought a condo in Millbrae, California in June 2018. My husband became a citizen of the United States on October 17, 2018 (originally from India).

Anne Martin King

Became a Realtor in 2017. Mom of four children: Timmy 9, Charlie 7, Rory, 5, and Finley, 3.

Jennifer Ledford Kini Tan
My sister (Tamara, 1998) and my father, Hugh Ledford, passed away this June of cancer. He was 74 when he passed and was an involved parent at St. Lucy’s. He used to service all of the sewing machines for the sewing class as he was the previous owner of Doc’s Vacuum and Sewing in Covina, Chino, and Monrovia.

Neda Rahnamoon Namdar

I have been married for 16 years and have twin boys, age 13. I am a part-time pharmacist at CVS and love to travel with my family. We were in Russia for the soccer world cup and are looking forward to our upcoming trip to Japan and Thailand.

Lillian Graham Oliveri

Tom and Lillian have been married 23 years and have three children. Paloma (15), Gabriel (12), and Dahlia (9). Lillian is a household CEO specializing in culinary art, household management, interior design, tutoring, psychology, theology, logistics, and driving 🙂 Lillian loves to travel with the family, read, go to the beach, garden, and take long walks.

Jessica M. Bibeau Feivou

Jessica M (Bibeau) Feivou is a proud alum of the class of 1996. Brielle Sloane Feivou the youngest of 4 girls was born on September 29, 2019, at 12:29 am. She was 7lbs, 2 oz and 19.25” long. Mom, dad, and baby are doing well. Her sisters, Morgan (9), Braelyn (7), and Harper (2) are excited for another girl in the family!

Renee Darlene Roberts

My husband Dennis and I welcomed our first grandson, Killian James Roberts, to our family on October 15, 2018. We’re so excited for this new chapter of our lives!

Audrey Griffith Rodriguez
I am recently married and have two children. Ethan is twelve and Christian is four. I am a restaurant manager and dance teacher. I also coach baseball and I am active in our league board. I am also working on my first book! Stay tuned!!

Alysa Gerlach-Vela Scanlon

I welcomed my second child, Quinn Ines Scanlon, on August 12, 2018. Her older sister, Maeve, turned five on October 11. We bought a home in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston last fall and continue to enjoy living in the city, although I do miss good Mexican food and warm winters!

Kristyn “Missy” Hirschmann Schlenker
Recently moved to my husband’s hometown of Wapakoneta, OH which is also the hometown of Neil Armstrong. We own five acres and have hopes of having some cows, a pig or two, and if my kids get there way, a horse for Molly and a walrus for Fritz! We have enjoyed the slower-paced and family-centered lifestyle living in the Midwest has afforded us and although we miss family and friends from out West, we couldn’t be happier as a family.


Francine Boylan Kuplic
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in May 2018. I passed the Minnesota Bar Exam and have been admitted to practice in Minnesota. I have taken a job as an associate attorney at Iverson, Reuvers, Condon, which specializes in civil litigation.

Natalie Barbera Nunez

I recently was married 06/23/18 at Holy Name of Mary Church in San Dimas. Both my maid of honors are St. Lucy Alumnae from the Class of 2009, Tara Bui and Katie Awad.

Victoria Munoz Ramirez

After my husband, David Schmitt, died of a rare cancer in 2012, I decided to become an oncology social worker. I already was a social worker but in community mental health. It took some time but I now work at City of Hope (since 2014) as on oncology social worker. I work with patients with rare cancers such as brain tumors and melanoma. I’m also a program leader for medical aid in dying, working with patients at end of life who inquire about the California End of Life Options Act. As a single mother (we had two girls before his death), I didn’t have money to donate for a bench or hospital wing in my husband’s memory, so I consider this to be my memorial to him. I remarried in 2016 and have a 6-month old baby girl in addition to my older daughters. My oldest plans on attending St. Lucy’s in 2020.


Krista Baldwin

I am currently the Creative Director of McLeod Racing which is an automotive aftermarket company specializing in the driveline component. I also compete in the NHRA with my Top Alcohol Dragster. I cover the quarter-mile in 5.2 seconds with speeds of 275 mph.

Emily Martin

Emily Martin ’13 married her high school sweetheart, Curtis Bourgouin in July of 2019. Elise Martin ’16 and Erin Martin ’17 were bridesmaids. Emily and Curtis have been living in Colorado for around a year and a half. Emily is a second-grade teacher.

Abigail Felix

I’m currently studying abroad in Japan for one semester, which is also provided by and mandatory for graduating from my college.

Ariana Garcia
Hi Regents (or whoever is reading this)! No marriage or children yet for me, but I moved to New York to work for a Broadway general management company, Baseline Theatrical. They manage Hamilton and The Cher Show. It’s been very exciting for me since I knew I always wanted to work in theatre and now I get to work for the biggest shows on broadway. At Lucy’s, Mrs. O’Rourke and Ms. O’Rourke really encouraged me in the theatre and I like to think that this journey started with them. Love and hugs to everyone at Lucy’s!

Victoria Hodge Hall

Getting married on December 29, 2018 in Kauai! Working as a teacher at Montclair High School currently. Graduated from APU in 2014 and got my masters and credential in 2016.

Ashley Jaworoski

Graduated early (in 3 years) from UC Santa Cruz in June 2018 with a 3.96 GPA (Summa Cum Laude, Highest University Honors). Majored in Politics and received High Honors in the major. Worked a total of six on campus jobs: University Catering, Campus Tour Guide, Orientation Leader, Politics Writing Tutor, Reader/Grader for Navigating the Research University Class and Gym Building Operations Attendant. Awarded Highest GPA in the Chapter for Kappa Kappa Gamma Women’s Fraternity two years in a row. Received a $3000 Kappa Foundation Academic Scholarship. Held seven different leadership positions in KKG both elected and appointed over three years. Now working at a Law Firm as a Clerk with Receptionist duties. Hoping to go to Law School in a couple years! Can you say “college prep”?

Sally Lattouf
During my junior and senior year of college, I met with the CSU chancellor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the CEO of Pacific Life Insurance, and the CEO of USLI. I was able to meet these inspiring people because of my role in the insurance industry attempting to bridge the gap between the baby boomers retiring and the millennials who are getting their foot in the door.

Brittany Shulkin Slazas

Brittany Shulkin was married September 8, 2018 to Matthew Slazas. They reside in Orange County.
