50th Anniversary of the First Day of School

On Monday, Sept 24, the student body, faculty and representatives from the Class of ’66 commemorated the day St. Lucy’s opened in 1962. Sr. Monica, Sr. Helen and Sr. Elizabeth cut a ribbon and opened our doors to the next fifty years. While our ASB officers modeled past uniforms, the alma mater was sung while doves were released to emphasize our commitment to Light, Truth and Peace for our world.
