Since the 2006-2007 school year, St. Lucy’s has been doing their book ordering entirely online through ESCO, a third party distributer. It has streamlined the book buying process for both the school and the student. The company has set up a page dedicated strictly to St. Lucy’s.

How do I get started?
After receiving your schedule and making any schedule changes, go online to stlucysbooks.com and follow the instructions.

How will I know what books to buy?
ESCO will display your class schedule, the books and school supplies you need for a particular Class online, in your personal account. Review these lists carefully.
What methods of payment will ESCO accept?
ESCO will provide a secure website for you to use MasterCard & Visa credit cards (your card will be charged in the name of Educational Sales Company). You may also use Cashiers checks, personal checks, or money orders (order will be shipped upon receipt of funds and check clearings).
Why is there no sales tax?
ESCO Online does not charge any sales tax for schools outside of Arizona.
How long will it take to get my books?
Generally, 2-3 business days. If your order has not arrived during this time please feel free to contact ESCO, unless the book was indicated as “backordered.” Please allow up to 10 business days for ESCO to fill backordered items (unless there are publisher restrictions).
Are my books shipped from a 3rd Party supplier?
NO! ESCO supplies 100% of all books being used for each student. We pride ourselves with quick service and virtually zero backorders (within our control).
Why have I not received all my books yet?
If ESCO is missing one or more books from your order, but it is arriving soon, ESCO reserves the right to hold your order until it is complete unless otherwise requested by the customer, at the customers expense for the additional shipping.
How will I get my books?
ESCO will ship your order directly to your home address via UPS (no P.O. boxes). There will be a minimum $16.95 charge for the initial order; rushed shipments may vary. Additional orders will be charged the standard UPS $6 minimum. ESCO uses UPS as their primary shipping vendor.
ESCO reserves the right to use UPS or U.S. Priority Mail service.
What if a particular book is out of stock?
ESCO does not anticipate any backorders. In the case that a book is backordered, the book will ship to your home within 10 business days at ESCO's expense. If, however, a title is unavailable for an entire class due to a publisher shortage after school begins, then the book will be shipped directly to the school for distribution.
What if my order is incomplete when it arrives?
Check the packing slip. If nothing has been marked “backorder”, contact ESCO via email immediately at email@example.com. Backordered items will follow shortly after receiving the shipment.
What if I forget to order a book?
You need to go back online and order the book. It is very important that you order all your books at one time to avoid additional shipping charges. Be sure to check your order against your course schedule for all required textbooks.
